Triggers: It will be hard to really ruffle her too much, she's seen quite a lot. While not a fighting type TARDIS, she's seen plenty of war and turmoil. She'll get upset over friends getting hurt, unnecessary fighting, and things of that nature.

Physical Contact/Badtouching: Yes. It will probably happen. No sense of restraint. If it's inappropriate she will bat you away and be very offended though. That's a line she wouldn't even cross. Then again, she only has good intentions.
Romance/Sex: If it happens, it happens. She's rather enamoured with her Doctor though, so it might be a little hard to sway her, and nearly impossible if he's around.
Fighting: I'm okay with it, but Sexy would rather find a way to not actually cause any harm while still fighting, much in the style of the Doctor. She's a little less afraid to kill enemies if they get too close though. 
Winning/Losing: It's a win so long as no one is hurt seriously.
Injury: Nothing too serious. Just give me a heads up before you attack her. I'm almost always available on AIM, MSN, Yahoo, or e-mail. No I don't have a life.
Torture/Mindscrewing: She'll be quite resilient, and probably look down on most attempts, but that's not to say it's impossible. I'm a sadist, so as long as you clear your plans with me first we would probably be good!
Death: No thank you!

Soul Viewing: If you can see souls. His soul is a light purple, with a huge grin that almost wraps all the way around and a fluffy tail that fades into non-existence.
